Shipping policy
The items of your order are carefully packed. By default, all packages are sent insured and with a track & trace code. Shipping is possible to all countries in Europe and many countries in the world with our regular carrier (depending on the continent). Any shipping costs will be presented to you during check-out.
For standard shipments within the Netherlands, if you are not home at the time your order is offered, you can pick up the shipment at a pickup location. Destinations outside the Netherlands we also try this but are highly dependent on the policies of the carrier in the destination country.
BrickCenter works as environmentally friendly as possible. To minimize transport movements we ship our products twice a week (Tuesday and Friday). Your package will be delivered, depending on the time of ordering, within 72 hours within the Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world may take longer.
If you have a reason that we need to ship your package immediately, please mention this in the comments/notice field during checkout. We will then make an exception to the rule and ship your shipment within 24 hours.
If you have received items you did not order, damaged or incomplete, please notify us ASAP within 48 hours.
